K.C. Petersen Construction did a fabulous job building-out our Members MD Council Bluffs office. They worked with us during the whole project, from pre blue-print to after the final build-out. K.C. Petersen Construction not only had the best bid for our project (by a lot!), but they also worked with the architects to offer us options that reduced our expenses without changing the look of our new building.

The actual build-out went very smoothly. Nick was always only a phone call away. He went above and beyond what I’d expect a project manager to do. He set up and accompanied me to the meeting to choose granite for the counters. He anticipated our needs (before we knew them) and installed water lines and cable spaces for our appliances. He adjusted the height of one of our counters after the refrigerator I bought would not fit under the counter lip. After the project was finished and we had our audio visual equipment installed, we realized that we had not taken into account the amount of electrical cords that ended up being bunched up on our desks. One call to Nick and later that week his crew came out and drilled grommet holes through the desks to hide the mass of cables.

K.C. Petersen Construction did a professional job, did it on time, and at the price they bid. There were no surprises. We are very happy with their work and would recommend them to everyone.
