For nearly 40 years, KC Petersen Construction has served the Council Bluffs area with quality, customized construction projects. Founded in 1976 by Ken Petersen and incorporated in July 1981, KC Petersen Construction now employs 15 and regularly completes projects for the federal government and private sector businesses. With second-generation business owner Nick Petersen as project manager, the company continues to grow, using alternative materials and energy-efficient methods to complete projects to a client's specific needs.
